"This isn't a story, Beth. It's a recipe!"

APPLE DUTCH BABY
  • 6 T. butter
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
Preheat oven to 425*. In medium/large frying pan on medium heat, melt butter. Add cinnamon and sugar, then apples. Coat apples. In a blender, blend eggs, milk, flour. Pour blended mixture over apples right into frying pan. (No plastic handled pans!!!) Place in midddle of oven and bake for 20 minutes.
It's kind of like eating apple pie for breakfast. Yum, yum!

You just inspired me to make Apple Dutch Baby for breakfast tomorrow. Since it's Saturday, it seems like the right and just thing to do. Hey, and we even have apples! Now I'm all excited for the morning...
