One of my favorite pictures from the England trip. Mum's friend Christine sent it to us.
'Frog said, "Would you like me to tell you a story, Toad?"
"Yes," said Toad, "if you know one."'
Mary, Virgin and Mother,
shows us what love is and whence it draws its origin
and its constantly renewed power.
To her we entrust the Church and her mission in the service of love:
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
you have given the world its true light,
Jesus, your Son - the Son of God.
You abandoned yourself completely
to God's call and this became a wellspring
of the goodness which flows forth from him.
Show us Jesus. Lead us to him.
Teach us to know and love him,
so that we too can become capable of true love
and be fountains of living water
in the midst of a thirsting world.

Mmm! It's so pretty! I can see how you would say England is really romantic Bing...
Oh, don't get me started. *sigh* It's probably the second most romantic place in the world, after Eschweiler, Germany. *wink*
It is really pretty. Even if I have already seen it. It reminds me of postcards.
I love Christine. She's going to come jump on me in our pool in CA. I can't wait. She's 'Mum's crazy doctor friend', as Dad calls her. She's awesome.
Heh. Eschweiler. :) Did you ever finish that e-mail, pumpkin? Oh, and Venice is more romantic, and so is Austria. *sigh* Okay, Europe in general has to be tied for the most romantic place in the world. Gosh. I wish really hard that I was in Austria or Italy or England right now. Uu-hug-ia.
Ah, jolly olde England.
Probably up in the top four at least on the "Places Patrick wants to go before he dies list."
Mmm... lovely.
I love romance.
MMMM! Sheila. I love YA! Starfruit and cream forever, as well as waiupakapa'a. *wink*
I love YA too, Clow. You know what's on Saturday? YESSS... I love that! Only two days.
Starfruit and cream 4-evah! Waiupakpa'a
Slaves forever! (sob)
Slaves forever? That sounds like some sort of strange Redwallian battle cry. Except not one I'd like to be shouting as I headed off to die. I havent read Redwall books in a very long time. After a while, they all start to seem the same.
Patrick! How can you say such a thing???? Salamandastron is way different! It's arguably the awesomest book of all time! Actually, with a lot of them you do have a point. But there are a few jems among them. Salamandastron has all the most memorable bits though.
Nice idea with this site its better than most of the rubbish I come across.
